Ingredients
- 1/3 cup + 3 tbsp tahini
- 1/3 cup water, plus more as needed
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients, adding more water as needed until your desired consistency is reached.
- Serve over kale, massaged and topped with parmesan, pine nuts or pistachios, cranberries or dried cherries.
