Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sourdough starter discard
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp melted butter, plus more for topping
- Flaky sea salt
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Heat a pan over medium high heat, grease with butter, then cook batter in batches. Top with butter, flaky sea salt, and maple syrup.
Makes 8-10 pancakes.
