Snickerdoodle Protein Oats
For 1 serving
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop cinnamon protein (Clean Simple Eats, Promix)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Heaping spoonful of plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
Blanchard’s Overnight Oats
For 1 serving
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 cup oat or almond milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Dash of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 spoonful almond butter
- Toppings: shaved almonds, coconut flakes, dried blueberries
Instructions
Add everything to a jar fitted with a lid. Shake together and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
