Overnight Oats

Snickerdoodle Protein Oats

For 1 serving

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop cinnamon protein (Clean Simple Eats, Promix)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Heaping spoonful of plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds

Blanchard’s Overnight Oats

For 1 serving

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup oat or almond milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 spoonful almond butter
  • Toppings: shaved almonds, coconut flakes, dried blueberries

Instructions

Add everything to a jar fitted with a lid. Shake together and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
